Melo is me, the human behind Melo Creative. I'm an outside the lines, out-of-the-box creative with a hunger for modern, meaningful, and design-driven businesses. In my past life, I was a 9-5 agency professional working with brands across digital, social, and production. After years of working for other people, I made a clean break and pivoted to work for myself. At Melo Creative, I am the Melo of today, the Melo of my present, but I've brought my resume with me. I've done the big, fancy agency work, I've played the parts, and I may be done playing for the band but that teamwork taught me what I need to teach you. I'm right-brained and left-brained, I think on my feet, I'm a little rebellious, and resourceful AF.
Melo Creative is my dream job, the one I was always meant to have. I love working with founders to help them navigate their challenges and their dreams. Ultimately, I love bringing their vision to life. I'm in this for that "aha" moment, that lightbulb switched on, and that feeling of *I can do this* that all my clients feel after working together. I know that all founders need a sounding board–in this case, me. Melo Creative is where the emotional meets the strategic. I think of myself as a vessel for your vision; the track, not the train. I like to get casual before we get business, I prefer chummy to acquainted, and our main goal is to make you see and feel how valuable and worthy you, and your business, are.
I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, spent all of my twenties in New York City and have recently relocated to a humble abode in Jersey by the beach with my husband and fur son.
Outside the office, I'm working out inconsistently, listening to music, taking photos, decorating my home, looking for good shops, spending time with my boys, and falling asleep watching Love Island. Also, I sort of love appointments, lol. Hair, nails, you name it. Eat that sh*t up.
What else. I'm the middle child. I think it shows. Celebrity pop culture is cringe and I know way too much about it. I love tv and movies. Going to the movies makes me feel like a little kid and I cherish that feeling. I love the outdoors even though I complain a lot while outdoors. I have a fruity popsicle every single night. My favorite musician of all time is Joni Mitchell.

Freelance life--production, social media management, said yes to just about everything...
What a weird one. COVID threw a fat wrench in my production house biz. More random freelance work and consulting. Enter self-reflection... time to work on ME.
The rebirth of Melo Creative, this time on my terms. Closed the door on many offerings and focused in on my dream job.
